1. How could I get samples?
We can supply some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars)
if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS account or other courier freight collectable
account and agree to pay the courier freight(For Courier Company infomation, please click www.dhl.com or www.fedex.com or www.ups.com, you can contact them to apply a Freight Collectable Account)
If the total value of samples is more than ten US dollars, we
will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will
send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier
to collect samples from our company. Please find our address in
English and Chinese in this image "address.jpg".
2.How much the courier freight will be for the
samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the
samples.
3. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.
4.Can we have our logo or company name to be
printed on your products or the package ?
Yes.
Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen
printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000
units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or
TIFF format.
If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package
for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order
is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in
AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ).
5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can
ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to
know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number,
fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method
( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details ( in China or Hong Kong )
6. What's your usual payment term for orders?
Wire transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account after order confirmation.
We don't accept payment by credit card.
7. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by
courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport
near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends
on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country
(airport, sea port ).
8. Can you arrange the transportation for us
?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
9. What's the warranty of your products?
6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free
replacement for unqualified products.
10. How can we become your sole distributor
?
If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you
could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can
sell our products worth more than USD30,000 per month, you could
be our sole distributor in the country.
11. Do you accept OEM projects?
Yes, OEM projects are welcome.
12. How can we get your monthly new products
announcement?

13. I just want to buy a few pieces of your
products, what to do?
We are wholesaler and we don't accept retail order.
